SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are Custom Made. Orders only can be made when full payment done. Orders will be posted around 15 days above depends on total weekly orders. Usually orders will be shipped on Monday or Friday of the week. We provide both local and international shipping.
SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA
All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak
are shipped using PosLaju. Usually it's delivers within 2 - 5 business days. Signature will be required when you
received the parcel. Tracking numbers will also be provided after we have sent
your parcel at previous email. All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we ship our item to (Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Australia, UK, US). If your
country is not included here, you can request by sending us an email to dalzbuttoncraft@gmail.com. We offer two types of shipping which is PosLaju or
Malaysian Register Mail. Usually, PosLaju will take 2-10 days time and Malaysia Register
Mail will take 2-3 weeks for the item to be delivered. Tracking number
will be provided to you once we shipped your parcel. All orders are charged
according to the weight of the parcel.
